DMS NF 1.0 Roofing/Wall Panel

The DMS NF 1.0 Standing seam roofing panel is a good choice for both residential and light commercial use. It features a 1” profile height. It is manufactured with a fastener flange with slotted fastener holes for ease of installation. Its interlocking snap lock design allows it to be installed quickly and efficiently without needing clips or on-site seaming which reduces installation time and labor costs.

DMS MS 1.5 Roofing Panel

The DMS MS 1.5 Standing seam roofing panel is a good option when you have a low sloped roof that is below 3/12 pitch or it is specified on a project. This panel is a good choice for both residential and light commercial use. It has a 1.5” Seam height. It is installed using a clip and needs to be mechanically seamed after installation. Seaming can be either single or double lock with the option of installing butyl in the laps to ensure weather tightness. This panel is also able to be curved to install on rounded roofs.

DMS SL 1.5 Roofing Panel

The DMS SL 1.5  Standing seam roofing panel is designed for residential and commercial applications. It is a top selling panel with a distinctive looking rib to add a sharp "stand-out look to your roof. It is a Snap-Lock panel and has a 1.5” Seam height. It is installed using a floating clip to allow for expansion and contraction in applications that require long-length panels.  Its interlocking snap lock design allows it to be installed quickly and efficiently without needing clips or on-site seaming which reduces installation time and labor costs.

DMS FW 1.0 Soffit/Wall Panel

 The DMS FW 1.0 panel profile is versatile in that you can use it as a wall panel, soffit panel, and under-decking. The panel sits 1 inch off your wall/ soffit and comes standard at 12 inches wide. The roller set also has an optional perforator / crimper that adds venting holes to the finished panel for use as a vented soffit panel. It also has a 0” to 3” adjustable reveal on the roller set assembly that you can engage as it suits your project requirements.

This sealant is a single component, high-performance elastomeric sealant for use in a wide variety of roofing, trim, architectural metal, manufacturing, underdeck system, solar roof system, and general construction applications. Stocked in crystal clear in a clear plastic cartridge.

 Shark Skin Underlayment  

At DMS we stock Shark Skin Ice and Water 

SHARKSKIN ULTRA SA® is a “state of the art” high temp rated peel and stick roof underlayment developed in 2006. By combining the heavy Sharkskin Ultra® substrate with an aggressive adhesive coating technology, Kirsch Research and Development created an “All Weather Barrier” that is easier to install in both cold and hot temperatures. Engineered as ‘secondary water barrier” to protect residential property and commercial buildings from water leaks due to high wind events such as hurricanes, tornadoes and hail. The patented SHARKSKIN ULTRA SA® self-adhered synthetic roof underlayment also protect against winter ice dam conditions under metal, tile, slate and asphalt shingle roof systems as an ‘Ice Barrier”.
