Vinyl-Coated Drip Edge

The Vinyl-Coated Drip Edge's most outstanding feature is its ability to be welded to other PVC-coated membrane. It provides maximum water flow from roof decks while providing an architectural, visually attractive termination.

Features

  • Custom-fabricated from vinyl-coated metal with a 6" attached PVC membrane skirt in 10-foot lengths; 2" through 8" widths.
  • Available in white, tan, Deep Bronze, gray or dark gray and can be painted with latex or acrylic paint to match the building design.
  • Profiles can be custom-fabricated to meet most specifications.
  • Can be custom-fabricated to accommodate various roof pitches and mansards with a maximum face size of 8".
Copings

DMS' coping offers a complete and attractive finish to any parapet wall. Designed to hook on a continuous apron cleat secures the front while the back is secured by a grommeted fastener or a second open hook if desired.

  • Fabricated in 10-foot lengths.
  • Custom-fabricated widths.
  • 6" concealed splice plate provides coverage for expansion and contraction.
  • Continuous apron cleat is fabricated in 24 gauge GALVALUME® Plus.
  • Available in our 24 Gauge Colors
  • 16" or less meet ANSI/SPRI ES-1 2003 testing requirements.

2-Piece-Snap-on 

This has been most popular edge detail among our contractors. Designed to be used as a perimeter flashing for single-ply roofing systems, it is visually comparable to metal coping systems with far less material required. 

Features

  • Snap-on cover is double-hemmed to protect roof material.
  • Installed without perimeter welding.
  • Eliminates need for caulks or sealants.
  • End-notched to eliminate splice plates.
  • Available in 10-foot lengths; 3" through 8" widths.
  • Available in our 24 Gauge Colors
  • ANSI/SPRI ES-1 compliant with 3" through 8" cleat and cover.
  • Meets TAS 111-95 Test requirements with 4" and 6".


Closed Downspouts

Downspouts are manufactured with a closed face. Downspouts can be customized to meet any water drainage or collection need and elbows can be incorporated into the downspout assembly for multiple bends. 

Features

  • Standard 24-gauge closed Downspouts feature a one inch over-lap that can be riveted once field set.
  • Closed Downspouts are manufactured in standard 10-foot lengths.
  • Available in our 24 Gauge Colors
  • Custom sizes are available.


Open Downspouts

Downspouts are manufactured with an open face. Downspouts can be customized to meet any water drainage or collection need and elbows can be incorporated into the downspout assembly for multiple bends.

Features

  • Open Downspouts help eliminate blockage because of ice and debris build-up.
  • Open Downspouts will nest together by cutting a 1" notch out of each side of the receiving piece.
  • Open and closed Downspouts are manufactured in standard 10-foot lengths.
  • Available in our 24 Gauge Colors
  • Custom sizes are available.

 

 
Collector Boxes 

DMS' collector boxes are designed to attach to the wall below the scupper. It complements the roof design and directs rain water into downspouts.

Features

  • Standard design Conductors come in three standard sizes but can be built custom for you.
  • Commonly ordered with one of our downspout options, producing an attractive combination.
